Prague Spring

Today on the press conference was presented a visual style for the Prague Spring Music Festival 2010, which came from competition of tenders by festival. Author of design is Petr Štěpán, in cooperation with Aleš Najbrt, Mikuláš Macháček, Kristina Bruncková and Bohumil Vašák.
The whole concept is built on the idea of musicalized poster.
You read the transcript of known melody and you equip tones, in this case, the symphony Vltava of Smetana’s My Country, which opens the Prague Spring every year. Colors and the font Chronicle follows Muzika’s historical brand, which is also part of all designs. Now begins to realize the first prints of tickets.
