Ztraceni v Mnichově

Ninety-year-old gray parrot, which once belonged to the French Prime Minister Édouard Daladier, still repeats some of his long-dead owner’s statements. Not only some Czechs won’t probably like to hear his version of the events around the Munich Agreement so the parrot’s visit to Prague is about to unleash an international political scandal… On the poster of the director Petr Zelenka’s film the Daladier’s eye peers from the period newspaper through the wing of the bird that became his mouth. It is somewhat reminiscent of the Reichsadler, or imperial eagle.
