One square and three circles

We are traditionally working with the numbers of the festival year this year. The basis of the symbol of the 58th edition is based on the simplified floor plan of the Hotel Thermal, according to which we create an abstract black and white code of one square and three circles.

But this time we take the maximum simplification only as a starting point for the next games. We transformed the symbol into iconic objects from the film world and the Karlovy Vary festival, such as brutalist concrete, Machonin architect's chairs, boxes for film strips or an old camera.
