Josef Čapek – Podoby

Exhibition, where for the first time Czechs can see two of Čapek’s oil paintings, the double-sided Contemplation (Girl in a brown scarf) from 1915 and a better known Girl in a pink dress, shows sailors, thieves, prostitutes, "sad poor women" or the painter’s future wife in confrontation of different materials, techniques and creative processes.
