Thomas & Ruhller: ALFABET
The book ALFABET by the Dutch performance duo Thomas & Ruhller. These world-famous artists decided to represent all the letters of the alphabet with their bodies, their own writing and short texts.
In 1926, Karel Teige, Vítězslav Nezval and the dancer Milča Mayerová attempted something similar with their Alphabet. The bodies were documented in perfect harmony by photographer Václav Jirásek and the eponymous Thomas & Ruhller typeface was used for the book, which was created in 1990.
