Vltava: The youth takes even such a big love easy

We created all CD covers and several posters for the now defunct Vltava band of Robert Nebřenský. The recording company EMI requested that the cover of the first album shows a photo of the band. We were against this idea. EMI director Kočandrle eventually agreed and the photo was placed inside the booklet instead. The cover shows an Icelandic bar that band member Robert found. Kočandrle said: “As long as there are some faces it’s fine”. The CD cover says: “Keep smiling”, a message that has appeared in one way or another on all subsequent albums as well.
