Tuan Vuong (1992) spent his undergraduate years in the Graphic Design 2 studio at the Faculty of Art and Design of the J. E. Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem, during which he had the opportunity to complete an internship at the Peter Behrens School of Arts in Düsseldorf. His studies culminated in his final work in the form of his original font Phonetic. This work was subsequently part of the exhibition at the Brno Biennial 2018 and in the autumn of the same year he received the award for Excellent Student Design in the National Student Design Award competition. Among other things, he is also the author of a collector's edition of commemorative sheets in the form of Czech banknotes, which are currently issued by the State Printing House of Valuables.

He continued his master's studies in the studio of Typeface and Typography at the UMPRUM in Prague, which he completed with a diploma thesis on the visual study of Asian bistros, in which he explored their specific (stereotypical) expressive aesthetics from the perspective of typography and graphic design.

He has been working in the studio since 2022.
