The Toys' Playground
Napajedla Museum in Moravian town of Napajedla opened a permanent exhibition of toys by the maverick designers Libuše Niklová and Alfréd Klug. Niklová’s son, the artist Petr Nikl, conceptualized the exhibition as a larger than life game of Ludo! Visitors can play the game with the legendary toys whose universal significance was last year stressed by their prominent place at the exhibition Century of the Child: Growing by Design, 1900–2000 in MoMA in New York. Zuzana Lednická collaborated with Petr on the installation and provided graphic design for it.
